I picked this one because it's always been a favorite. I grew up playing the Apple II version and I don't think there's a big difference between it and the C64 version, unlike most games.

I didn't even know this existed until I saw this episode. I guess that's just as well, because I would have never had a clue what I was supposed to do if I hadn't seen you playing it first. I'll have to give it a try later.

Like I said, I played this first on an Apple II and discovered it later on the C64. Unlike a lot of games, I think all of the versions of Sammy Lightfoot are pretty comparable. Additional levels are more difficult, but not necessarily more fun. It's a fun little platformer.
