Man, that's a lotta miles. Have you ever guestimated how many total miles all the road trips added up to?

Something in the thousands, I'd say. My back hurts just thinking about it.

I know this is late to the party, but....

Oh man, I wouldn't even know where to begin on the miles.

In my digital pictures folder I have pictures from 19 different Chicago trips, and the oldest one only goes back to 2001. Even if you made a conservative estimate of 20 trips, that's 800 miles * 2 (round trip, or 1,600) * 20 or 32,000 miles of just driving back and forth from Oklahoma to Chicago.

I've probably driven to and from DC 10 times from here. That's 1,300 * 2 * 10, or 26,000 miles.

I did the drive to/from Spokane 3 times: 1,800 * 2 * 3 = 10,800
Plus Seattle once (4,000), Disneyworld (2,600),

I've done Vegas probably five times. 1,100 * 2 * 5 (11,000), California once (3,500), Maine (4,000) and then there was that North Dakota trip (~2,000). Oh, and Denver, four times (5,600, total).

Added up that's just over 70,000 miles, and that's just off the top of my head. I'm positive I could get that number up to the 100k mark if I sat down and added in all the trips to Texas, Arkansas, and other nearby states. Certainly enough to void even the best car's warranty.
26,000
10,800
