Re: Commodork/Commodorkier to appear on StoryBundle

Flack, I'll try to get a copy of your ebook Commodorkier. I just got paid so it is all good. Thanks. Is it on Amazon, Flack, and I just don't see it? Right now it's just available from my site. I'm selling it that way right now because Amazon takes 30% of the sale price, on top of PayPal's cut.

Re: Those Kids Just Don’t Know

I see. I have the same feelings that you have about not getting a Blu Ray burner. I agree with you that flash drives are a little better than a burned disc. I guess at least on the newer computers, you might find a Blue Ray burner bundled with it. But I still don't have a Blue Ray burner yet. Oh wel...

Re: Sprite Castle's Flack plays Yie-Ar Kung Fu

I see. It was really something you had to translate that you told Trond about him enjoying chicken nuggets in Norwegian. I see you like to keep your shows PG. Do your parents listen to your podcasts, Flack? I was really touched by the conversation I had with Trond on Twitter. He basically said he li...

Re: Sprite Castle 042: Fix-It Felix, Jr

Flack,
I am not sure if you really want to know that I got the Fix-It Felix, Jr. game to work on my Kindle Fire using the Frodo C64 emulator.

I also like that Paperboy clip that you have in the Podcast.

It was a pretty good podcast. I listened to it while I was working on something else as well. Good review.

It was a pretty good Podcast. I was able to listen to it on Saturday. It was really something to find out that Fix-It Felix, Jr. was ported to the C64. Re: Commodork/Commodorkier to appear on StoryBundle

That is great to hear, Obliterator918. I will have to check out the Commodorkier ebook. I still have my Vic20 that I got when I was about 4 or 5. But sadly, it doesn't work. I think it might be the power supply or a capacitor that blew out. I remember getting the power supply and the Vic20 serviced ...

That seems to happen sometimes.

Flack wrote:I have been defending the stories in Commodork for 15 years now. I think a lot of people had trouble separating the 30-year-old author from the 15-year-young miscreant.

Re: Commodork/Commodorkier to appear on StoryBundle

I see. I can imagine you were afraid that anything could happen from that incident. I see your friend got a call from the FBI. Ok, I will have to check out the story in Commodorkier. I don't know about my parents, but I was very much afraid that would happen. In fact, as a result of the Boss BBS bus...

Re: Those Kids Just Don’t Know

Flack, I never had a 100 CD disc changer. But I remember a few years ago at the Goodwill, I saw a standalone stereo CD burner for about $25 or so. I remember I used to work retail at Macy's and one of my coworkers wanted a CD Burner for Christmas. I know his mother, who also worked part-time at the ...

Flack, I remember I took a creative writing class in college once. I had the same English professor that I had for the Freshman Composition class I had taken earlier at the same college. Anyway, I have to say that the professor got really critical and kind of rude. I winded up dropping the class but...

Re: Commodork/Commodorkier to appear on StoryBundle

About the Commodork book, I think I remember seeing a hard copy version of the book in a used bookstore in town about 2-3 years ago. Trying to take advantage of what little time I have for the summer due to the recent coronavirus, I decided to continue my yearly reading of books. I grew up with a Vi...
